Boost juice

I have been patiently waiting for our latest crop of carrots and beetroot to be ready to harvest so I could make my morning boost juice (nothing like beetroot & carrots straight from the ground to juicer). If only I was growing celery, apples, ginger & pomegranates too (we have our first baby pomegranate on the tree!). This juice really fills me up and gives me a warm buzz that lasts for hours and it looks pretty too!

A very refreshing blend of fruit and vegetables with a hint of warm ginger
  • 2 sticks celery sliced
  • 1 med apple diced
  • 2 med carrots chopped
  • Piece ginger (to your taste) chopped
  • ¼ large pomegranate seeds only
  • 1 med beet root chopped
  1. Push all ingredients through a juicer and serve at once
Of course you can make any amount of variations of juices but I like it to look pretty and be easy to drink
